Processing: Non-standard shaped processing parts and hole-punched processing parts.
Hashimoto Iron Works, with 58 years of experience in the press die industry, makes this proposal!
Specially shaped processing parts can be manufactured by processing metal pipes into a spiral shape. Compared to straight pipes, they have higher resistance to external pressure and can change flow rate and velocity. Hole-punched processing parts can create various holes at any location by punching through the metal pipe from the inside to the outside. The hole-punching process from the inside to the outside results in a cut edge (exit) with a fracture surface and burrs on the outside, making the processing of these burrs easier. Previously, it was considered impossible to perform drawing processing on stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of over 2mm, but by using a press die specification, the versatility of stainless steel pipes has significantly increased.
